Can I Come In? Meet Ichi (short for Ichabod Crane) an almost one-year-old male rescued as a stray. Poor guy was begging to get into someone’s home! On the right is a picture of him at their door.

This handsome, medium-energy polydactyl loves people. He is extremely friendly and affectionate and likes to give kisses. Will you let him into your home?

BONNIE

Someone Special. Meet Bonnie, a gorgeous two-year-old rescued from an empty apartment complex this summer. After being abandoned by her family, being forced to live on her own outside for over a year, and then being trapped, she was traumatized and very frightened. After a few months of TLC, we are now seeing the real Bonnie and she is something special.

Bonnie is charming, gentle and very affectionate. She is still a little shy but gaining confidence each day. She loves to interact with people and enjoys the company of other respectful, gentle cats. She will do best in a quiet home. If you are looking for someone special, consider Bonnie.

If you would like to meet her, please submit an adoption application by clicking here.

BEAU

Kitty Ambassador: Meet Beau, a one-year-old male rescued with major medical issues. Stamford Animal Control found this little guy outside - underweight, dirty and with a painful condition (rectal prolapse). He recovered well from his emergency surgery and with a little more fine tuning to limit his diet due to allergies, we now have the perfect cat!

Beau has the sweetest disposition. He is happy, curious and very social, liking every person and cat he meets. He would be happiest with another companion.

FOSTER HOMES

We are looking for short-term (Thanksgiving through New Years) and longer-term foster homes for healthy, fully-vetted, adult cats and kittens. Opening your home to these cats would help us resolve space issues and allow these homeless cats to share the magic of the holidays with you and your family. Additionally, if you are thinking about adopting a cat, this is a great opportunity to to take one for a test drive.

Fostering could begin as early as Nov 23rd and run through Jan 6th. If you could only do part of that period, we are still interested. The adult cats will need a separate, small room in your home. The kittens will need a safe, easy-to-clean space (quarantined from other animals in the house) and a person/family that has time to spend with them. If you are interested in helping and live within 30 minute of Stamford, please fill out the online adoption application and indicate foster. A team member will get back to you. We will cover all medical costs and can provide supplies such as litterbox, food, toys, bedding, etc. if needed. Thank you!
