GIVING TUESDAY IS THIS TUESDAY!
Mark your calendars! Giving Tuesday is December 3rd. On this day, people around the globe support nonprofits that share their beliefs by giving money, time and skills.
You can show your support for the homeless and forgotten cats in our community by making a donation that day on Facebook or our website. Facebook will match donations on their site up to $7 million starting at 8am (matching dollars go VERY fast - if you want to try, be prepared to donate at 8:00:01am!!).
To celebrate Giving Tuesday, we are also holding 2 Volunteer Open Houses at the Just Cats Adoption Center (ground floor). Please stop by to learn how you can help the homeless and forgotten cats in our community. We look forward to meeting you and hope you will consider joining the FOF Volunteer Team!

Year End Annual Giving Campaign
Are You With Us? The Friends of Felines’ Annual Giving Campaign is ready to launch. It starts with Giving Tuesday (December 3rd) and runs through the end of the year.
For the past two years, we’ve had the benefit of a large legacy gift from our longtime volunteer and dear friend, Melissa, who passed away in 2017. Because of her generosity, we were able to help significantly more cats these past two years. In 2020, that gift will be depleted. Your financial support for the homeless and forgotten cats in our community is more important to us than ever.
Last year, we raised $30,000. This year, our goal is $50,000. You can donate via our Facebook page, here on our website, or by check (click here for printable form)

The Costs of Caring for Homeless & Forgotten Cats
Rescue is an expensive endeavor. We hope this chart gives you an idea of how your dollars are used. Friends of Felines is an all-volunteer organization. Almost every dollar donated goes directly to the cats to cover these types of expenses.
Your financial support made it possible for us to help almost 250 cats so far this year.
