BEAU

Meet Beau, a one-year-old male that came to us through Stamford Animal Control needing emergency surgery. He is now healthy, happy and a paw-some kitty looking for his furrever home.

What makes Beau so paw-some? He is super affectionate, playful, curious, chatty, handsome with very unique markings, and VERY social. He would be happiest with a companion (feline or human) that can spend a lot of time with him. He has some allergies that are easily managed with a limited diet.

KATNISS

Meet Katniss, a six-month old kitten rescued by a good Samaritan from NYCACC. Like Katniss from the Hunger Games, kitty Katniss is athletic, strong and courageous.

Katniss is also high energy, confident and a whole lot of fun. The best part is that once she has burnt off some energy, she is also extremely affectionate, returning pets with purrs. She also gets along with other high energy cats.

If you would like to meet or adopt Katniss, please submit an adoption application on our website at www.fofct.org.

These seven-month-old, bonded, male siblings were rescued when a maintenance person found them alone in the basement of an empty building.

They are social, playful, affectionate and curious and have the MOST luxurious fur. And like most youngsters, they love to play kitty video games! If you are looking for a pair of comical and well-adjusted kittens, consider this pair (must be adopted together).

Looking for an Amigo. Meet Link, a one-year-old tuxedo rescued after he was abandoned by his mother at a very young age. He was found in grave condition with severely infected eyes. He is healthy and happy now and looking for an amigo and a furrever home. He is adorable, energetic, playful and a little goofy. His one eye looks different but his vision is fine (he’s seen an eye specialist and we can share the details). Year End Annual Giving Campaign

Are You With Us? The Friends of Felines’ Annual Giving Campaign is ready to launch. It starts with Giving Tuesday (December 3rd) and runs through the end of the year.

For the past two years, we’ve had the benefit of a large legacy gift from our longtime volunteer and dear friend, Melissa, who passed away in 2017. Because of her generosity, we were able to help significantly more cats these past two years. In 2020, that gift will be depleted. Your financial support for the homeless and forgotten cats in our community is more important to us than ever.

Last year, we raised $30,000. This year, our goal is $50,000. You can donate via our Facebook page, here on our website, or by check (click here for printable form)

Rescue is an expensive endeavor. We hope this chart gives you an idea of how your dollars are used. Friends of Felines is an all-volunteer organization. Almost every dollar donated goes directly to the cats to cover these types of expenses.

Your financial support made it possible for us to help almost 250 cats so far this year.
