Joel is a big, handsome, 2-year-old gray and white male who’s as soft and huggable as a plush teddy bear. Rescued from outside Stamford Animal Control (where he was likely abandoned), Joel has quickly shown that he’s ready to leave his past behind and start a new life with a loving family.
