Meet Penelope and Tweety, two of the world’s cutest and cuddliest kittens❣️ These sisters are 4 months old and living in one of our fabulous foster homes. Penelope is B&W, and Tweety is the tabby, both with medium-length hair. Penelope is bonkers in the best way! She is a non-stop little dynamo, and when she's in the mood to cuddle, you better put down everything you're doing and give her some love. She shoves her head under your hands, chin, or loose sleeves wherever she can find a nook. Tweety is a little more dignified but also extremely affectionate. She melts into you when you hold or pet her. They like other cats and are being introduced to the foster family dog. The pair must be adopted together, and they are ready for a forever home.
