Meet Snowball! A Hands-On Flamepoint Lovebug with a Playful Side

Age: Approximately 4–5 years

Snowball’s life on the streets took a frightening turn when a bully tomcat began attacking him repeatedly, leaving his face covered in wounds. Thankfully, his injuries have healed, and this handsome boy is discovering that indoor life has some wonderful perks!

​

Snowball is an affectionate, playful boy who can’t get enough attention! He dives face-first into your hand for pets, loves full-body rubs and lower-back scratches, and happily lounges right beside you for cuddle time. Bring out a wand toy, spring, or tunnel, and his playful side comes roaring to life! He even makes adorable little “vrr vrr” sounds as he goes about his adventures.

We don’t know his pedigree, but Snowball’s striking apricot markings and deep blue eyes give him the beautiful look of a flamepoint Siamese.

Like many cats rescued from life outdoors, Snowball is FIV-positive. The good news? He is otherwise healthy and can be expected to live a normal lifespan with the same quality veterinary care any cat deserves. FIV-positive cats can enjoy long, happy, fulfilling lives.

​

After years of surviving outdoors, Snowball would do best in a quiet home where he can settle in at his own pace. With proper introductions, we think he may share his home with a calm, respectful cat.
