Crosby showed up at one of our colonies looking for a place to belong—but instead, he found himself being picked on by the resident cats. Thankfully, he’s now safe and getting the chance to show who he really is: a deeply affectionate, people-loving boy with a calm, soulful presence.
With his soft, expressive eyes and sweet “old-soul” face, Crosby has a way of drawing you in from the moment you meet him. He seeks out attention, happily greeting you for pets, leaning in for cheek rubs, and offering enthusiastic head-butts. And when it’s time to relax? Crosby is more than ready to settle in for some quality lap time.

Crosby’s heart belongs to people—but not to other cats. Because of his past experiences, he’s looking for a home where he can be your one and only. Like many former tomcats, Crosby can sometimes get a little overstimulated and may nip when his feelings get big. He’s still learning how to communicate those moments, so a cat-savvy adopter (and a home with older children) will help him continue to thrive.

He is on a special diet to manage urinary crystals, which will be important for maintaining his long-term health.
