Rico – Adventurous, Playful, and Always Ready to Go

Born in the boiler room of an industrial building and raised in a foster home, Rico is ready for his next adventure. This outgoing kitten is quick to approach people, happily checking in for a scratch or two before inviting you to join in on playtime.

Rico brings the full kitten experience: zoomies and lots of acrobatics. Wand toys are his favorite, and shoelaces? Even better. If it moves, Rico’s on it. When he finally powers down, he’s easy to handle, happy to enjoy a little lap time, and quick to charm anyone new.

In his foster home, Rico lives with one of his siblings and naturally takes the lead. His play style is enthusiastic (and a bit rough-and-tumble), so he’ll need a young, playful friend who can keep up and enjoy his energy (his sibling is not a good match). He’s also comfortable with the family dog, showing curiosity during their “meetings” through the crate or under the door. He must be adopted into a home with an age- and energy-appropriate companion.
