Carina

Carina: The Comeback Queen

Found outside Stamford Animal Control, Carina was likely abandoned — but this stunning black beauty hasn’t let that dim her spirit. At around 2-3 years old, she’s confident, easy-going and friendly. Her hobbies include naps, chasing a laser pointer or wand, rolling around in catnip, slurping Churus, hanging out with her people, and sunbathing in sunbeams.

Carina is queen of all she surveys; she enjoys being in the mix, right by your side, and observing all that’s going on around her. While she’s happy to receive pets (and occasionally shows her affection by rubbing against your legs), Carina prefers four-on-the-floor and reserving pickups for when they’re required. An independent spirit, she prefers to be the only cat in the household.

Currently thriving in foster care, Carina’s ready for her forever home! If you’d like to meet this beauty, please submit our online adoption application
