Meet Levi, a remarkable survivor needing a loving foster or forever home! Levi's journey hasn't been easy; he was brought to us physically abused and painfully thin. Despite his past, Levi emerged as a resilient, fun-loving, and affectionate boy eager to share his love with someone special. Levi thrives on human interaction, from gentle pets to spirited playtime—he adores it all! However, living in a cage surrounded by other cats for the past six months is frustrating him. He is so ready for the comfort and warmth of a home environment without any other felines.

Levi tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), but he is healthy, and his expected lifespan is as bright as any other cat with proper care and love. We are looking for a loving foster-to-adopt home for this sweet boy.

Cheerio

Introducing Cheerio, a spirited and sociable 2-year-old feline ready to bring joy and playfulness into your home! Cheerio is a confident and outgoing cat who enjoys engaging with his human companions without demanding constant attention. He loves playing with his foster family but can also entertain himself with a bit of solo play. He's up for brief cuddles and pets, returning this affection by rubbing his head into your shoulder with a purr.

While he occasionally displays a touch of sassiness, Cheerio's foster family has come to understand and appreciate his unique personality and adores him. Due to his spirited nature, Cheerio's ideal home would be with experienced cat owners but no young children or other pets.

Darius

Urgent: Foster or Foster-to-Adopt Home Needed

Meet handsome Darius, a 7-year-old feline urgently needing a foster or foster-to-adopt home. Since his rescue almost a year ago, he’s been residing in a boarding facility, patiently awaiting a forever home.

Darius is a sweet and playful companion. He delights in interactive play with volunteers, eagerly chasing wand toys and darting through tunnels. He is equally content to entertain himself with kick toys and catnip. He appreciates affection and can be picked up but is not needy. He prefers interactions on his terms. His litterbox habits are top-notch.

Unfortunately, Darius is very stressed in the presence of other cats. The constant exposure to feline sights, sounds, and scents in his boarding environment is taking its toll, leading to some spicy behavior. For Darius to thrive, he needs a quiet, cat-savvy home without pets or young children. Henri

Henri's story is one of resilience and love. This very beautiful, 1 ½-year-old male is seeking a loving, forever home where he can share cuddles and playfulness. His cheerful nature and loving demeanor will quickly win your heart. Henri loves nothing more than curling up in a warm lap or engaging in playful antics with his favorite toys. His playful spirit shines through when he's chasing a laser pointer or batting around balls in his circular track tower. He's also quite the tech-savvy cat and enjoys playing games on the iPad! Henri is a special needs kitty, not just because he was rescued from a life alone on the streets while living with an ear injury, a head tilt, and a painful bout of pancreatitis, but because he wants so badly to belong to someone somewhere. And after months under our vets' care, he is now ready to find that. Henri may always have a head tilt, but his most profound special need is his search for a family he can be part of. Jax

Introducing Jax, the charming tabby with an adventurous spirit! Rescued from a local I95 exit ramp, this nearly 2-year-old feline is ready to bring boundless joy to a loving home. Jax's exuberance is contagious – he's always up for a playful adventure. When it's time to unwind, Jax transforms into a purring, contented kneading machine in the comfort of his bed. Jax is seeking a family that can match his energy and give him the attention he craves. While he adores interaction and playtime, he would do best in a home without young children. Juniper

Now and then, we meet a truly remarkable cat. Juniper is one of them. Our volunteer team is crazy about this joyful 1 year and 5 months old girl. She loves to play, purr, knead, and hang out with people. Her joy is contagious. A kind person rescued Juniper from a horrible situation that probably included animal abuse. She bounced back quickly and will make a fabulous family companion. Juniper tested positive for Feline Leukemia with a regressive infection. PLEASE KEEP READING! We know so much more about this virus now. Cats with a regressive infection have a low risk of developing FeLV-related diseases. The regressive phase of FeLV infection is temporary for most cats, and they can become free of the virus within a few years. So for Juniper, the long-term outlook is good. Feline leukemia is a cat-only disease, so Juniper can live in a home with dogs and rabbits, or just with her favorite species - you! Please ask us if you have questions about FeLV.

Minerva

Meet Minerva, a delightful 10-month-old kitty with a heart full of affection and curiosity. Her foster mom describes her as the sweetest little bundle of joy who never fails to melt hearts with her endearing kisses. Minerva loves pets and scritches and curls up next to or near you after getting her fill of pets. She is great with the other cats and the dog in her foster home but seems to have a particular affinity for people. Her foster mom says that when she makes eye contact, she really makes you feel she's trying to understand your words and is fascinated by everything you say. Minerva would be a wonderful companion for those who appreciate a deep connection with their furry friends.

Tazzie

Meet Tazzie, a vivacious, almost 2-year-old girl with a resilient spirit and a zest for life. She was rescued as an older kitten from an abusive situation involving a child. She was then adopted but returned because she did not get along with the other cat in the home. Despite a rough start in life, she exudes boundless energy and joy. Tazzie remains hopeful in finding her forever home where she can truly thrive.

She possesses remarkable athleticism, showcasing her talents as an aerialist during playtime with impressive leaps, flips, and balancing acts. Volunteers who interact with her daily describe her as an absolute entertainer, suggesting she might even need a talent agent for her captivating performances. Tazzie also has a tender side. She will give kisses, rub up against you purring, and accept gentle pets. However, she is independent and will let you know when she's ready for her next adventure.

Tazzie is seeking a cat-savvy family who can appreciate her unique personality and give her the love and understanding she deserves. Given her tumultuous past, Tazzie would be happiest in an environment without other cats or young children and with patient adopters who will give her time to adjust to another major change.
